I created an account, what's next?
Once you create your account, you will need to verify your email address. Check your email that was used during account creation and there will be a verification email. Click on the link within that email to verify your email address. Once the verification is complete, you may upload your receipt to participate in the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge.
Do I have to create an account to get a Reward?
Yes, you must create an account, upload your qualifying receipt and participate in the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge by checking into your account to earn points towards a Reward.
Do I have to verify my email address?
You must verify your email address before you can start uploading receipts in your account. The verification email may be directed to your junk mail or spam folders, so you should check these folders as well.
What if I don't get/can't find my verification email?
If you didn't get the verification email or can't find it, sign into your account and click on "Account Overview" at the top of the page. Then click, "Resend Email" and check your email.
How do I update my account?
Sign into your account and click "Edit Account" at the top of the page. Then follow the instructions to update your account information.
How do I change my password?
Sign into your account and click "Edit Account" at the top of the page. Click "Change Password", then enter your old password and your new password to update.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to the account Login page and click "Forgot My Password". You will receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password.
Can I use this account for a future promotion?
No, your account is used and accessible for this promotion only.
How can I close my account?
Sign into your account and click on "Edit Account" at the top of the page, then select "Close Account". You will be asked to click "Close Account" again as confirmation, and then your account will be closed. All information related to your account including your personal information and any rewards redeemed will be closed. Once you close your account, you will not be able to create another account with the same email address.
What should I do if my receipt is too long?
If your receipt is too long to fit into one image, please fold the receipt to show participating products and the header with store name, purchase date, etc. and then take a picture of the receipt and upload the image on the specified site.
I am having issues uploading my receipt.
Please note, the following image upload requirements: image must be under 5MB and in the format of PNG, GIF or JPG. If you have further difficulties uploading your receipt, please try to clear browser cache and cookies and upload again. If this persists, we also recommend trying a different device. How do I purchase movie tickets with my Fandango Promo Code?
You can purchase movie tickets on Fandango in these simple steps:
- Use the search box at the top of the Fandango website or in the mobile app to find a show time and theater near you. For a complete list of participating theaters, click here.
- Select a show time to begin checkout. Choose the number of tickets you want to purchase and pick your seat(s) (if reserved seating is available). How do you know if reserved seating is available? Look for the "Reserved Seating" icon next to show times to find theaters that offer it. After you select a show time and ticket quantity, you'll see a seatmap on the following page where you can pick from available seats.
- Log in to your Fandango VIP account or checkout as a guest, and complete the information on the payment section with a valid method of accepted payment. No Fandango VIP account? Sign up here.
- Review your order, complete your purchase and enjoy the show! You'll find instructions on how to pick up your tickets on the confirmation page after purchase, and we'll also send an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.
When will I get my order confirmation email?
Shortly after you complete your ticket purchase, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout, and will also be stored in your Fandango VIP account information under purchase history.
If you lost or can't find your confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. You can also sign in to your Fandango VIP account to see your purchase history.
If you checked out as a guest – just sign up for a Fandango VIP account with the same email address you used during checkout, and we'll automatically link your previous purchases to your Fandango VIP account. Sign up here!
How do I pick up my tickets?
After you complete your purchase, you'll see a confirmation page that tells you exactly how to pick up your tickets. Depending on the theater and device you're on, you may print your tickets at home, pick up at a box office or kiosk with a valid credit card, or use a mobile ticket (if available). This information is also available on your confirmation email.
The cost of the movie ticket is more than the value of my Fandango Promo Code.
If the cost of the movie ticket(s) with Fandango's convenience fee included is more than the maximum value of the Fandango Promo Code, then you will need to pay the difference with a credit card.
My Fandango Promo Code has expired. Can it be replaced?
The Fandango Promo Codes are limited time offers which coincide with the release of specific movies or promotions. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to exchange, replace, renew, or refund any expired Fandango Promo Codes once the promotion has ended or the specific movie is no longer in theaters.
Are Fandango tickets refundable?
Fandango tickets purchased with a Promo Code are non-refundable. If a Fandango Promo Code is used to purchase a ticket, the amount paid with the Fandango Promo Code will be forfeited, and will not be refunded.
What is Fandango VIP?
Fandango VIP is a free program that gives you special perks and benefits on Fandango. With your Fandango VIP account you can write movie reviews, save your favorite theaters, access free insider perks, refund and exchange your movie tickets + more. I forgot the password to my Fandango VIP account and can't sign in.
If you forgot your password, click here to enter the email address that you used to create your Fandango account and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Once you click the "SEND EMAIL" button (the "send email" button is shown by clicking on the "click here" link shown above), your password will be emailed to that address.
Is my existing Fandango account now a Fandango VIP account?
Yes. If you had an account on Fandango already, we've upgraded you to Fandango VIP! There's nothing you need to do except enjoy the perks. Learn more at http://www.fandango.com/fandangovip.
I have a question or complaint about a movie theater.
Fandango operates independently from the theaters. If you have questions regarding topics such as available theater amenities, ticket category age policies, or when a particular movie will be coming to your location, you should contact your local theater directly.

Card can be used for purchases at the specified merchant on the card.
What if my eGift Card or Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Funds will not be replaced on Lost/Stolen cards and merchant is not responsible for use of card without your knowledge.
Will my eGift Card or Gift Card expire?
Card does not expire once activated.

You will receive your Rewards Card in the mail at the mailing address you provided within 4-6 weeks from the date of redemption.
